Melissa Joseph is a College Affordability Advisor who provides tools and knowledge of the financial aid process regardless of a student's surroundings or status. Prior to joining uAspire, Melissa was a Youth Minister at her local church where she advised high school students and a Performing Arts Intern at Atlanta International School where she taught and handled administrative duties.
Melissa joins uAspire from Atlanta, GA where she received her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Vocal Performance from Georgia State University.

Swanellie Paulin is a financial advisor who is passionate about helping others achieve their financial goals. Since joining Edward Jones Investments in 2008, she has established herself as a trusted partner among the firm’s high net-worth clients reliant on her education, retirement and estate planning expertise, and as a mentor training future financial advisors. In 2014, she was put in charge of a new office in Pompano Beach, Florida, where she grew the firm’s retiree market share in the region. She is recognized by Edward Jones as a regional Life Insurance Expert, and is the recipient of the Partner’s Award, Field Trainer Award, and Pioneer Award. She previously worked at JP Morgan Chase & Co. When she’s not in the office Swanellie enjoys traveling, participating in the Junior League of Fort Lauderdale, and spending time with friends and family.

Dr. Marjorie Torchon Ireland
Associate Director of College Counseling, Westtown School
Dr. Marjorie Torchon Ireland works with high school students and their parents regarding the college process for admission & financial aid. She uses Naviance and understands how college admission committees operate and teaches a college guidance seminar to juniors and seniors. A former college recruiter, she has been the first source of contact to transfer, nontraditional, graduate & high school students, parents, and counselors, especially, but not limited to recruiting territory (International and domestic territories). She has experience working at a Need Blind institution and a Need Aware institution. She is Currently a seasonal admission reader for a program at UC Berkeley and Gates Foundation Scholarship Program.

Dean of Student Life and Inclusion, St. Richard’s Episcopal School
Wilmara H. Manuel is a seasoned student affairs professional who has experience both in secondary education and university campuses. Her experience spans in college counseling, college admissions, academic affairs, international students and study abroad, and national scholarship competitions. She has served as Dean of Students at New York University, Seton Hall University, and New Jersey City University. She currently serves as Dean of Students and Inclusion at St. Richard's Episcopal School.
Wilmara currently lives in Indianapolis with her husband who is President of the University of Indianapolis and they have three daughters. The oldest is a freshman at Loyola University Maryland, the middle is at The Royal Ballet School in London, and their youngest is a 7th grader who is passionate about horseback riding.
